RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

How To Return An Item

 

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

 

1. Mail your returned item to:

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the invoice.

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

 

Some items cannot be returned. These products will be marked and identified by a statement on the product page saying they are non-returnable items. Any items returned and are marked accordingly, we are not obligated to compensate the delivery costs.

 

Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Turnaround

 

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If a product is not in stock and needs to be ordered in then the time to turnaround an order increases to 7-10 days.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Royal Mail

FedEx

DHL

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping courier, we will update you & your order with the tracking information. Please note only if requested or the order is of a certain monetary value will the order be given to a courier.

 

SHIPPING RATES

 

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

 

BACK ORDERS

 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

 

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

 

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

Billing Address

Shipping Address

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We DO NOT store your Credit Card information.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them ONLY to track this information.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICIES:

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

By placing an order on our website www.atlanticoptical.eu you are stating and confirming that you have the authority to do so and are acting as the representative of the company logged into the website. In doing so are not at liberty to dispute the validity of said order. As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

ORDER SHIPMENT:

 

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at enquiries@atlanticoptical.eu

 

DAMAGES:

 

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to enquiries@atlanticoptical.eu and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

 

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a £5 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
